Paul Mendis

Paul Mendis is the Founder and CEO of PMSS. With over 20 years in garment and manufacturing operations across the UK, Sri Lanka, India and Pakistan, Paul has delivered measurable results at some of the world's most recognised organisations.

Former Industrial Engineer at Ford Motor Company (Halewood, UK) and Manufacturing Excellence Manager at Nestlé UK. Paul brings a rare combination of automotive precision and consumer goods efficiency to apparel manufacturing.

As General Manager of Industrial Engineering at Crystal International, he led continuous improvement across six factories, delivered 10% efficiency improvements, $100,000 in cost savings, and trained 1,200+ employees in Lean manufacturing.
